Through your leadership, dedication, sacrifice and perseverance you have achieved the highest level of Scouting.  Only four percent of Scouts ever reach this rank so you are in a select class of individuals.  We’re hopeful that your example will encourage other scouts to follow your footsteps, so that they too can enjoy the wonderful feeling of being an Eagle.
